Your body is made to "get better" \(^o^)/

 

 

until it becomes chronic pain.

 

Although there are individual differences

 

Imagine that there is a certain line

 

 

It's an image of just getting hay fever

 

Until you get hay fever, you have a bucket, and the pollen accumulates there.

 

When the bucket is full and overflows

 

It is said that symptoms appear as "hay fever"

 

 

The pain around the finger joints is such an image.

 

 

Although it does not appear as "pain"

 

"Fatigue substances" are steadily accumulating under the water surface

 

and after crossing a certain line

 

It is a feeling that appears with pain as "inflammation"

 

 

However! here's the good news

 

There is a difference between chronic pain and hay fever! !

 

Including stories like that

Types of finger injuries, countermeasures, prevention methods, etc.

 

I will tell you with actual examples

 

Not to mention people with sore fingers

Finger pain comes suddenly one day

 

 

 

A sore finger prevents me from doing what I love to do, climbing

 

I want to reduce such a sad time even a little!
