Theme: "Learn the merits of tekko and how to practice it"

Lecturer: Takashi Yamada (Bouldering Manipulative Clinic)

“I want to be able to do standing armor, but I don’t know how to practice ( ;´Д`)…”

…There are a lot of people like that.

If you search for how to do tateko and videos, you will find a lot.

but it's hard to understand

Because

The standing instep uses the muscles inside the body

That's because you're using muscles that you weren't "consciously aware of" until now.

Therefore! ! !

actually touch your body

"Here's a muscle!" or "This is how it feels~"

We will practice standing armor that cannot be conveyed by words alone ♪( ´▽`)

・If you want to stand upright

・What is standing armor? ? those who think

・ Those who want to know if there is something good if you can do standing armor

・ Those who have stiff shoulders

Let's have fun learning about Tateko \(^o^)/♪

・Clothes that are easy to move in…When changing clothes, please use the restrooms in the building.

(You may be on all fours on the flooring. We recommend wearing clothes that are easy to move up and down.)

・Rug such as yoga mat (optional)

(It will be a flooring venue, so if you are concerned about touching the floor directly, please bring it with you. If you don't mind, it's okay if you don't.)
